1. English 1st Language IGCSE Teachers

The ideal candidate

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent. Those without an education degree must have a Teaching License or PGCE. (Master’s Degree may be preferred)
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Diploma in Teaching for those with a non-education degree.
• A teaching licence or certification from a recognised authority (e.g., QTS in the UK, Teaching License in the US, TRB in Australia).
• Proven experience as an English teacher.
• A strong understanding of the IGCSE English curriculum.
• IB, Cambridge, or other curriculum-specific certifications is preferred.
• At least 1–3 years of teaching experience is required.
• Experience with IPC, Cambridge (UK based) and IGCSE curriculum is preferred.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment methods.
• Ability to incorporate technology and 21st-century learning strategies.

2. ICT Teacher (Primary & Secondary)

The ideal candidate

• Education Degree in a relevant field, Master’s degree is an added advantage
• Professional Teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable.
• A teaching licence or certification from a recognised authority (e.g., QTS in the UK, Teaching License in the US, TRB in Australia).
• Plan and implement high-quality STEM lessons for upper primary students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting instruction to meet individual needs.
• At least 1–3 years of teaching experience is required. Experience with IPC, Cambridge (UK based) and IGCSE curriculum is preferred.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment methods.
• Ability to incorporate technology and 21st-century learning strategies.

3. Head of Early Years

The ideal candidate

• BA Degree in Early Childhood Studies with QTS
• Masters Degree will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in an International School
• Proven experience as a Head Teacher in an early years setting.
• Strong team player, exemplary role model, positive and strives for excellence
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate both staff and students.
• Proven track record of having led a curriculum
• Excellent communication skills, good time management, approachable and flexible
• Experience with international curricula such as IB, Cambridge, or IPC is an advantage.
