Lead Teacher

Description

The Lead Teacher is responsible for teaching all areas of the curriculum, classroom preparation and supporting learners to achieve their educational needs

Responsibilities

  • Teaching all areas of the curriculum
  • Preparing the classroom for lessons
  • Lesson planning
  • Classroom display and submission of paperwork
  • Working one-on-one or with small groups of students
  • Professional Development and collaborative planning
  • Helping on School outings or at school events
  • Reporting and liason with parents/ guardians
  • Assessment and report writing

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Education or related
  • Teaching Qualification/ Certificate
  • Relevant Teaching Experience
  • Experience in an international school is an added advantage
