We are Hiring Video Editor & Social Media Creative

Location: Nairobi
Net Pay: 25-30k

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media and marketing campaigns
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Organize and manage raw footage and digital assets
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on data insights and feedback

2. Social Media Content Creation

• Design engaging graphics, reels, posters, banners, and animations
• Develop creative content concepts for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate trending formats into content strategies

3. Brand & Marketing Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns
• Maintain consistency in branding across all digital platforms
• Support photography and videography during company events
• Contribute to storytelling initiatives to boost audience engagement

4. Performance & Analytics

• Track engagement metrics and prepare content performance reports
• Analyze audience behavior and platform insights to improve content strategy

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year proven experience in video editing and social media content creation
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
• Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work und er pressure and meet tight deadlines
