Getting Started With the Application
Faculty Positions
For full-time faculty positions, we review applications through the Search Associates platform.
We encourage interested candidates to register with Search Associates and apply there for any current vacancies at the International School of Kenya (ISK).
In some cases, ISK allows candidates to apply directly, as indicated in the relevant recruitment profile.
Candidates should carefully follow the application instructions provided in each vacancy announcement and ensure they submit all required documents within the stated timelines.
Because we receive a high volume of applications, we contact only shortlisted candidates.
Support Staff Positions
We review applications submitted directly in response to vacancies posted on the Job Openings page of the ISK website.
Candidates should apply only for specific advertised positions that match their qualifications and experience.
For support staff and other positions listed in the vacancy announcement, candidates may submit applications through a Google Form or by email.
If the vacancy provides a Google Form, candidates should:
- Complete the form
- Upload one combined PDF file that includes:
- A letter of interest
- A current curriculum vitae (CV)
- Contact details for at least three recent references, including a current or former supervisor
If the vacancy requires email applications, candidates should send one combined PDF file to recruitment@isk.ac.ke containing the same documents listed above.
Candidates must submit all applications before the deadline stated in the job posting.
Recruitment Fee Notice
The International School of Kenya never asks candidates to send money for:
- Application fees
- Interview fees
- Visas
- Plane tickets
- Any costs related to recruitment or relocation to Kenya
ISK also never requests bank account details or other sensitive financial information from applicants during the hiring process.
If someone asks you to send money directly to ISK for any of these purposes, you may be dealing with a scam.
Please note that some independent recruitment agencies used by ISK, such as Search Associates, may charge their own candidate registration fees.
These agencies set and collect these fees independently. ISK does not charge or receive these fees.
