Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Senior Secondary School Teachers  located in Katani ward, specifically at Pridelands Katani.

Teachers in this role will be responsible for

• developing lesson plans,
• delivering curriculum-aligned lessons in their subject areas,
• assessing students’ progress,
• and fostering strong communication with students and parents.
• They will also participate in co-curricular activities and contribute to the overall development and success of the school.

Qualifications

• Holds a qualification as a trained and certified teacher with relevant certifications and is registered with TSC.
• Skilled in Lesson Planning and General Teaching methodologies.
• Proficient in Computer, Business Studies, and Chemistry instruction or in a specialized subject relevant to secondary education.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in classroom management and knowledge of the CBC curriculum is an added advantage.
• Professionalism, ability to work collaboratively, and a passion for education and student success.
