We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts, organize impactful events, and convert leads into clients for our premium private staffing and training services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand building, possess excellent digital and event marketing skills, and have a proven track record in sales conversion. You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinate events that resonate with our target audience, and use data-driven strategies to boost engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with Nestara’s strategic goals.
• Build and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Craft compelling brand narratives that align with customer needs and company vision.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

• Oversee SEO-optimized content creation (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.).
• Manage Nestara’s social media presence and engagement strategies.
• Run paid ad campaigns on all digital platforms.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:

• Develop targeted campaigns to convert leads into clients.
• Implement referral programs and customer loyalty incentives.
• Conduct email and SMS marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
• Organize and manage events (activations, online webinars, in-person workshops, training sessions) that align with our brand values and drive sales.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

• Use data-driven insights to improve marketing efficiency.
• Track conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI on campaigns.
• Optimize marketing funnels to enhance lead capture and service sign-ups.

Partnership Development:

• Establish relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry partners.
• Develop strategic partnerships for collaborative marketing efforts.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with Nestara’s operations team to align marketing efforts with service availability.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and external vendors where necessary.

Requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

• Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience managing online marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Event Organization: Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute events (both virtual and in-person).
• Sales Conversion: Strong understanding of lead nurturing, sales funnel optimization, and conversion tactics.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to drive data-informed decisions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital marketing/event marketing roles; experience working with luxury brands is a plus

• Paediatric Nursing & General Nursing Skills: Demonstrate comprehensive clinical skills in both general and paediatric nursing, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and accurate documentation.
• Overnight Care Experience: Proven experience managing night shifts and working independently, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health records and patient monitoring systems, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and confidentiality.
• Additional Requirements: Flexibility to adapt to evolving family care needs, a strong sense of discretion, and the ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
