IKO CFO – We Are Hiring
Head of Finance (18–24 Month Contract | Possible Extension)
Location: Mombasa
Sector: Logistics
Reporting to: FCFO
IKO CFO is expanding its leadership team and is seeking a Head of Finance to support one of our key logistics-sector engagements. The successful candidate will work directly under our Fractional CFO (FCFO) and take full ownership of the finance function on-site.
What We’re Looking For:
- ACCA or CPA (minimum) qualification
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in the logistics industry in a senior finance position
- Strong finance leadership with end-to-end ownership of the finance cycle
- Solid understanding of logistics costing, margins, and cash-flow management •
- Proven competency in financial reporting, controls, reconciliations, audits and process improvement
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems and high-volume transactions
- Good knowledge of Kenyan tax and statutory compliance
- Ability to work independently, manage teams, and engage key stakeholders
- Preferably Mombasa-based (or open to relocating)
