Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement appropriate activities that promote children’s physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and assess children’s progress and provide individualized support.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s development and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum and school events.
• Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Manage a classroom effectively.

• Create and maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Qualifications:

• A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE) or a related field.
• 2 years of experience working with young children
• Strong understanding of child development and appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of current ECDE curriculum frameworks.
