The School
This is a very exciting time to be joining Durham International School Kenya. Since it opened in January 2021, Durham International has exceeded expectations.
It has captured the imagination of families – local and international alike – who are seeking a high-quality UK school education in Nairobi, one that goes out of it’s way to create a family feel and an environment where children and young people are able to flourish.
The School has undergone significant expansion in the last year with the opening of a second campus in September 2025 for the Upper Prep School and the Senior School.
Durham International delivers a UK curriculum, IGCSE and Sixth Form, and there are currently over 50 nationalities enrolled.
It is an accredited member of the Council of British International Schools (COBIS) and a member of the Kenya Association of International Schools (KAIS).

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and inspirational Learning Support specialist
to lead our Learning Support programme which supports students with learning differences across all three sections of the School – Pre-Prep, Prep and Senior.
