Al Rabeeh Academy is seeking experienced and passionate Primary Teachers to join our dynamic, high-performing team from Aug 2026.

As a Primary Teacher in an international British curriculum school, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting the holistic development of all students.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking teachers who can:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the English National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that supports student progress.
• Use effective assessment strategies to monitor, track, and report on student attainment and progress.
• Contribute to planning, curriculum development, and collaborative year-group work.
• Support the pastoral needs of students and promote the school’s values and behaviour expectations.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student achievements and areas for development.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and wider school initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants must:

• Be a fluent English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
• Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
