Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Education (Relevant Subjects) TSC Registration – Mandatory
- Minimum of Two Years’ Teaching Experience in JSS Experience Teaching Digitally
- Strong Classroom Management & Communication Proven Track Record of Academic Excellence

Quality Assurance Officer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive implementation of quality assurance policies and audits.
- Monitor teaching standards and student outcomes.
- Analyze performance data and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with national education standards.
- Coordinate staff training and support accreditation processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Masters degree in Education, Public Administration, Governance or related field. (PhD is an added advantage)
- At least 10 years experience in quality assurance, educational governance, academic auditing or regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of Kenyan education regulations (MOE, KNEC, and KICD frameworks.)
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and communication.
