RIARA SPRINGS GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL (TEACHERS)

We invite applications from qualified, experienced and passionate educators the

following subject combinations:

1. Teachers  SUBJECT COMBINATIONS

• • Career Guidance Teacher
  • German Teacher/ any other subject
  • HOD humanities- History-CRE / Kiswahili
  • Agriculture/Biology Teacher
  • PE teacher/ CRE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  Should possess a Bachelor of education degree in the relevant subject area;
• Must be TSC registered,
• Should have at least 5 years’ experience in teaching the relevant subjects
• Should have worked in a girls’ boarding school understanding its dynamics

2. SCHOOL COUNSELLOR

MINIMUM Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education or counselling Psychology or a related field
• Proven experience in a reputable girls’ high school with a strong understanding of adolescent needs and school dynamics

3.Deputy Principal – Riara Springs Girls’ High School

Reports to Principal

JOB SUMMARY

We seek a visionary and results-oriented Deputy Principal to support the Principal in providing strategic leadership, driving academic excellence, and promoting holistic student development.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (mandatory); Master’s an added advantage.
• 8-10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership in a reputable girls’ boarding school.

• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
