Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher and Coordinator. The SEN Teacher and Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, providing direct instruction to middle school students in special education, and collaborating with other teaching staff. The role also involves communicating effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to support student learning and progress.
Qualifications
- Experience in Special Education and Teaching
- Knowledge of working with students with disabilities and with Gifted and Talented students
- Background in teaching Middle School students
- Strong Communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and adaptability
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Teaching certification or relevant qualifications
- Previous experience in an international school setting

EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR + COORDINATORÂ
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Early Years Teacher & Coordinator, familiar with the Early
Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, experienced and committed to child-centered
learning. This role combines class teaching with leadership responsibilities, supporting 2
other classes within Early Years, to ensure high standards in early childhood education
while fostering a happy and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning:
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons inspired by the EYFS
framework, incorporating experiential learning opportunities.
- Foster an environment where children develop a love of learning through play,
storytelling, movement, outdoor exploration, and creative expression.
- Use observation and assessment to track each child’s holistic development, ensuring
individual learning journeys are met with support and encouragement.
