Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging theoretical and practical lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans, training manuals, and instructional materials in line with industry standards and curriculum requirements.
- Assess student performance through tests & practical evaluations.
- Mentor and guide students on professional conduct, grooming, and communication skills suitable for the aviation industry.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to maintain high training standards.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and Cabin Crew Trainer performance reports.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as senior cabin crew or crew trainer
- Certification as a Cabin Crew Trainer from a recognized institution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic e-learning tools.
