WE ARE HIRING SECONDARY MATHEMATIC TEACHER (IB PROGRAMME)
Start Date: 14 January 2026
Bali Island School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Secondary Math Teacher to join our team and support the delivery of the
- IB Middle Years Programme
- (MYP) and the
- IBDiploma Programme (DP).
The contract will initially be for 6 months, with the possibility of a 2-year extension after the probationary period.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach Mathematics in the IB MYP and Diploma programme (DP) in alignment with the school’s curriculum and IB frameworks.
- Teach a full load of 5 classes (62.5% teaching load)
- Mentor a ‘Service as Action’ group
- support Student wellbeing via our advisory programme (one class, 45 mins per week)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or related fields (Master’s Degree
preferred) - Teaching certification / PGCE or equivalent
- Previous IB MYP and/or DP experience strongly preferred
- Successful experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
